C&C Consulting is led by Caitlin Hill, a creative director and strategist with a rare blend of operational insight and a refined point of view. As a trusted partner, Caitlin’s services have been sought out by many design industry professionals across the globe seeking clarity, creativity, and white glove execution to further their business goals.
Over the years, Caitlin has partnered with a vast array of interior designers, architects and creative professionals as they endeavor on meaningful projects that range from branding, client nurturing, book publishing, business development, launching new marketing campaigns, expanding their services, exploring new market entries, embarking on publicity — and simply navigating an industry that is constantly evolving. Many of Caitlin’s clients seek her counsel when they find themselves in a crossroads moment, or simply pondering “What am I missing?”.
Caitlin is a member of the Design Leadership Network, Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, and other community-driven organizations. She resides between Rhode Island and Vermont with her husband, son and Chocolate Lab. When she’s not in the office, you can find her hiking in the Green Mountains, boating on Narragansett Bay, or, in the rarest of moments, reading The World of Interiors with a glass of rosé not too far away.
