Ikat Jasmine

image1 I recently procured this potted plant of jasmine. The scent is so divine, it reminds me of Aerin Lauder's Ikat Jasmine fragrance I so adore. AERIN does an impeccable job of capturing some of the best scents in her fragrances, not to mention both her merchandising and packaging are so well done.

William the Great

image12image11image7image8image5image6image3image2 Hailing from Alabama, southern gent William McLure seems to be having a moment in the design space. His Instagram feed is one of my favorites, flooded with beautiful photographs of his ever-changing abode, layered in chic textures typically paired with his abstract art and weimaraner relaxing nearby on a painted floor he recently striped. William seems to constantly be experimenting with new wall colors and interior configurations, as evidenced by his photographs. I keep seeing more images of his space in other design feeds - a true tastemaker in the works! Be sure to follow him here.

Rebecca's earnings are also sold on the M'ODA 'OPERANDI site, perfectly paired with - you guessed it - caftans, in fun island hues. See my picks above. Shake your Bonbons!!

Getting Romantical in Zanzibar

image1 M'ODA 'OPERANDI profiled The Rock Restaurant as one of the most romantic dining destinations in the world. Perched on a lone rock in the Indian Ocean, the restaurant is accessible by boat in high tide and at low tide, guests can access by foot. It's perhaps not terribly surprising given the sheer physicality of the structure that the ambiance is casual, serving fresh seafood to adventurous guests. Bucket list destination? I think so.
